Born in Camboriú/SC – Brazil, Dra. Rafaela is also an immigrant in Portugal — an experience that brings her even closer to her clients' reality. Her personal and professional journey reflects a genuine commitment to those seeking to start a new life in a new country.

A lawyer registered with the Portuguese and Brazilian Bar Associations, she holds a law degree from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI), a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Universidade de Lisboa, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Immigration and Nationality Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

A Christian, wife, mother and entrepreneur, her mission is to turn legal knowledge and personal experience into security and hope for immigrants, supporting them from regularization all the way to Portuguese citizenship.
